Terms
Starter terms. Have these reviewed by a legal adviser before going live.
Booking requests
Sending the booking form is a request to book. It is not a ticket and does not guarantee the fare. A ticket is issued only after our team confirms the fare with you and payment is complete.
Prices
Prices shown come from a live fare service and include taxes and fees. They can change until your ticket is issued.
Traveller details
You are responsible for giving names and dates of birth that match the travel ID of each traveller, and for holding valid travel documents and visas.
Airline rules
Each ticket is subject to the rules of the airline operating it, including baggage, change and cancellation rules.
